Returns and Cancellations

Just Gorgeous now offers 60 day returns on all items other than items in the Ecoya Range. The customer must contact Just Gorgeous via email with their reason for the return. A store credit or refund will be offered to the customer if the goods are returned in the original packaging, unused and in new condition without any markings or damage.

Please note: Items in "It's just got to go" category are not refundable.

All such claims must be made within 60 days from the date of purchase. All goods must be returned and received by Just Gorgeous within 60 days of purchase. In the event that an item is faulty or damaged upon receipt we will happily return and refund upon being given evidence of the said fault or damage and we will also pay the cost of postage to return the item. Any Ecoya item cannot be returned or refunded unless deemed damaged or faulty.

In the event that you wish to cancel your order you will need to do this at least 24 hours prior to your order leaving Just Gorgeous Gifts for delivery.
