Just Gorgeous Gifts hope you love your new purchase. If you are unhappy, we will happily exchange or refund your purchase. 

All returns or exchanges must be posted to the below address with a copy of our downloadable return/exchange form.

Please note that return postage will be at your own expense unless the item received is deemed faulty or damaged. In this instance, Just Gorgeous Gifts will incur postage costs. We will require a photographic evidence of the defect/fault to be emailed to christine@justgorgeousgifts.com.au

  • Items must be returned 60 days from the date of purchase
  • The item must be in the original packaging, unused and in new condition without any markings or damage
  • The tax invoice must be provided as proof of purchase.
  • In the event of change of mind, you are required to send back the original item at your own expense.

PLEASE NOTE: ‘SALE’ items are NOT REFUNDABLE.
